2. Tommy Lee & Pam Anderson
Tommy Lee of Motley Crue and actress Pamela Anderson were married from 1995-1998 and were undoubtedly one of the most toxic celebrity couples. They’ve maintained a friendship, but Lee reportedly mistreated Anderson and her sons during their time together, apparently once with a vicious dog and other drastic measures.
3. Amy Winehouse & Blake Fielder-Civil
Amy Winehouse, singer extraordinaire, and Blake Fielder-Civil married as the star rose in the public eye. Unfortunately, they only encouraged each other in substance abuse and other issues that had a terrible impact on Winehouse and likely led to her death.

Halsey and G-Eazy were a singing power couple when they got together in 2017 before splitting up in the middle of 2018 after a year of dating. G-Eazy was constantly cheating behind her back and was even abusive, leading them to be labeled as a toxic celebrity couple.

MGK and Megan Fox have had a very strange relationship during their years of dating, including vials of blood, guns, and addiction. MGK was reportedly unhealthily obsessed with Fox to the point of abuse and entrapment with strange things like a thorned engagement ring.
