SonReal & Crew Survive Bus Accident [INTERVIEW

SonReal is a Canadian rapper/singer-songwriter who’s been at the game for over a decade. We caught up with him while on tour with Jon Bellion, a man who’s taken the world by storm with his melodic vocals and do-it-yourself attitude. Together, their passion and drive for music is no match, which created a wonderful energy at their show inside The Varsity in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

We had a chance to sit down with SonReal to talk about his recent EP “The Name”. My favorite track on the record is “All I Got”, which is nothing short of a timeless love song. SonReal also shared his life-threatening story of their tour bus blowing out a front tire, which resulted in the crew falling out of their bunks and onto the floor. The bus halted at a stop in the middle of a cornfield, rather than at the bottom of a cliff, thankfully.
