Hernandez Govan was convicted of first-degree murder, planned first-degree murder, and conspiracy to attempted first-degree murder.
The details of the conspiracy accusation were not disclosed, but prosecutor Paul Hagerman stated that Johnson and Smith were also charged with conspiracy.
