First on our list of famous singers/performers who are Catholic is Celine Dion, who isn’t very vocal about her faith but grew up in a Roman Catholic family in Charlemagne. Although she hasn’t stated she is still overtly a practicing Catholic, her upbringing still impacts her faith.

Many may be surprised to learn the iconic American rapper Lil Wayne is a practicing Catholic. He is known for taking time out of his day to read and study his Bible and begins many of his performances with a prayer backstage. 

3. Zakk Wylde

Zakk Wylde is a Catholic and is best known as the guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne, and he is the lead guitarist, founder, songwriter, lead singer, and producer of the band Black Label Society. He calls himself a “Soldier for Christ” and rededicated his life after his experience.
