Braun owned another house in Austin, Texas as well that he purchased in 2020 for an undisclosed amount. He sold it for $18 million in February 2022.

Another source of income that swells Scooter Braun’s net worth is a holding and investment company that Braun established in 2010, named Ithaca Holdings LLC.
It was launched with $120 million in venture funds from several companies, including Uber and Spotify.
Carlyle Group, a private equity firm, also became a minority investor in the company in 2017. The firm injected another $800 million into Ithaca Holdings as a second major round of funds in 2019.
