LVNDSCVPES’ Hip-Hop ‘Star Wars’ Intergalactic Rap-Tacular!

Every year, May 4th stands as an unofficial holiday for sci-fi fans, calling to mind the Star Wars franchise’s signature line “May the Force (4th) Be With You!” This year, celebrate all things light side, dark side, east side and west side at Icehouse with the first annual Star Warsthemed Hip-Hop event with LVNDSCVPES and friends!

One of the fastest-rising names in Twin Cities hip-hop, LVNDSCVPES has been riding the momentum of a major year with her Bobby Raps-assisted radio smash “No Shame” and her Valentine’s Day single “Sweet Tart” whose video featured Minnesota hip-hop cornerstone DJ Fundo.

May the 4th Be With You marks LVNDSCVPES’ first major headlining show since her recent success, and the chance to experience her vision brought to life in-person!

Joining LVNDSCVPES are her aforementioned friends, all up-and-coming Twin Cities hip-hop artists celebrating recent releases including Desolate Hiatus duo Bottle Kids, “Local Dope S#!*” founder Uncle T, multi-time Go 95.3’s Shut Up and Rap champion NUR-D, catchy producer/rapper combo Neon Blaque and enlightened liberator REEL Smoovv.

Hosting the show is City Pages’ 2019 Readers’ Choice Best of the Twin Cities’ Best Radio Personality finalist – Go 95.3’s Chaz Kangas.
