Charming electro-pop duo Sylvan Esso sold out a two-night stint at Palace Theatre this week. Palace was packed with some of the happiest go-lucky fans I’ve seen! Sylvan Esso [Amelia Meath] and producer Nick Sanborn were welcomed back to the Twin Cities with open arms, big smiles and lots and lots of dancing.
Nick donned a burly beard and a minimal setup of synthesizers, mixers, and microphone, while Amelia tore up the stage with her classic high-kicks and kick-ass pleather-feather get up. The light set up was absolutely gorgeous and eerie at times – the perfect backdrop for Amelia’s dramatic yet playful dance moves. It was impossible to keep your eyes off her!
