Week after week, Surly Brewing Co. continues to sell out their concerts this summer. This weekend added onto that streak with Caroline Rose opening for Dr. Dog & Shakey Graves to make for a perfect Summer Saturday.
Caroline Rose got the party rocking early on, and it only picked up from there! She brought that New York energy to Minnesota for the night and no one was disappointed.
Dr. Dog kept the mood going & had everyone in the crowd vibin’ to their classic jams. A quick glance around the crowd would supply you with some of the best dance moves you’ve never seen before.
Depending on what part of Dr. Dog’s set you saw, you’d either be chillin’ like an icicle or movin’ like a bicycle. They absolutely killed it in their seamless transition from pure relaxation to pure partying.
As if the evening couldn’t get any better, Shakey Graves did what he does best — connect with the crowd and jam his heart out.
He told the crowd some hilarious stories and got them involved in his songs. His ability to make every person at the show feel like the concert was handcrafted for them is unmatched.
This clip is all you need to see to know what I’m talking about..
If somehow you’re still on the fence about seeing any of these artists live, do yourself a favor by buying your tickets before they sell out. You won’t regret it.
