General Admission, a Minneapolis clothing/event curation company, announced the lineup for Buckfest 2017 last week and will feature a combination of Minnesota locals such as deM atlaS, Psymun, Digital Friends, Early Eyes, Good Luck Finding Iris, and many more. Set to take place at The Cabooze on June 10th, this will be Buckfest’s 6th incarnation and is shaping up to be the biggest and best yet.
Billed as a multi-genre concert experience, the founders of the one-night-only festival have watched this show evolve quite impressively over the years. Starting in a coffee shop in March of 2014 as a way for a few teenagers from Hopkins, Minnesota to showcase their talents to their peers, their brand has grown quite exceptionally, and faster than any of them could have imagined. Three years and five shows later, Buckfest has filled venues such as The Garage, Fine Line, and Mill City Nights with headliners such as Grammy-award-nominee Allan Kingdom, and Twin-Cities rapper Bobby Raps. Buckfest now sets its sights on taking over The Cabooze this June.
Bringing a combination of hip hop, live bands, and even dance music, Buckfest 2017 is sure to be the most diverse, experimental, and talent filled that we have ever seen it. Tickets are on sale now and can be found here. Also, make sure to follow Buckfest 2017 on Twitter to stay up to date on the latest announcements for this year’s show.
