Mod Sun Saves 4/20 Show for Minnesota

Minnesota Native Derek Smith, is better known as his stage name Mod Sun, an acronym that stands for “Movement on Dreams, Stand Under None.” Although most don’t realize when he was 18, he changed his name to Dylan. Weird. Before he began his rap career, Dylan was formerly a member of the post-hardcore Minnesota band Four Letter Lie, where he played drums from 2004 to 2009. He also was the drummer for Scary Kids Scaring Kids from 2009 until their break up in 2010.

Since then, Dylan has been spreading his good vibes all over the world with his hippy rap. It’s very clear he still holds a special place in his heart for Minnesota. Dylan organized his latest tour accordingly in order to land in his home state on the marijuana consumer’s sacred date; 4/20.
