Micheal Larsen, known by his stage name, Eyedea, was a freestyle battle rapping champion, guitar player, breakdancer, lead singer of a punk band, poet, philosopher, and a supportive friend to many.

On October 16th, 2010, the Minneapolis/St. Paul community mourned the loss of Eyedea when he unexpectedly passed away at just 28 years old in his St. Paul home.

Micheal ‘Eyedea’ Larsen would’ve turned 38 years old this November. In remembrance of his life, The Parkway Theater will be playing The World Has No Eyedea, the award-winning documentary about his life and death, at The Parkway Theater, on November 9th.
