Marilyn Manson’s Childhood

He was born in Canton, Ohio, on January 5, 1969, making him a Capricorn. Manson is of German, English, Irish, and Sioux descent.

The parents of this rock star are Barbara Warner Wyer and Hugh Angus Warner, both of whom have passed away. On May 13, 2014, Barbara passed away, and Hugh on July 7, 2017.

He does not have any siblings.

Manson’s mother suffered from Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, a mental illness that made her believe her child (Manson) was always ill. Some conditions she claimed he had were allergies, anemia, and that his ear lobes were too long.

After becoming successful, Manson had surgery to shorten his ear lobes thanks to the years of being told they were too long by his mother.

His father was a Vietnam vet. He was one of the soldiers that sprayed Agent Orange on the Vietnamese. This was a topic he did not talk about often or openly.

He attended Episcopal Church with his mother and attended Heritage Christian School from the first grade to the tenth grade, and then went on to Glen Oak High School and graduated in 1987.

Manson does not have kids of his own. Over the years he has said he would like a child of his own but is terrified of having a daughter.
